2. Services

North Studio provides creative design and digital services including branding, web design, content creation, and related digital solutions. The details, timelines, and deliverables for each project are defined in the project proposal or contract.

3. Payments

All payments must be made as outlined in the project agreement. Work will begin once the initial payment or deposit has been received. Final deliverables are released after full payment is completed.

4. Revisions & Feedback

We include a set number of revisions in each project package. Additional revisions or scope changes may result in extra costs, which will be communicated before proceeding.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, and concepts remain the property of North Studio until final payment is made. Upon completion, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client, unless stated otherwise in the agreement.

6. Cancellations

Either party may cancel a project with written notice. In case of cancellation, completed work will be billed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

7. Limitation of Liability

North Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website.
